IP Docketing Clerk / IP Coordinator

Pepper Hamilton LLP has an immediate opening for a full-time IP Docketing Clerk to assist its Intellectual Property Practice Group.  Experienced applicants who have excellent organizational and communication skills and IP docketing experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse Intellectual Property department.  Good working knowledge in a PC/Windows based environment required.  Experience in CPI would be particularly valuable.  We seek a bright, hard working person with good judgment and personal skills and an attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  manage and maintain CPI patent docketing system; review, evaluate and docket all incoming and outgoing US and Foreign patent matters; maintain client and inventor databases; generate and maintain daily docket; generate reports as requested.

   

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility for extra hours as needed.  This position provides competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including an employee savings plan and a Firm profit sharing contribution.
